+ - RETURN PROCESS

Returns in Sandra Vieira are free and the return period is 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation.

The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their internal and external labels, without repairs and with the respective purchase ticket). The purchase document is essential in case of order with a gift voucher so that the refund is not processed in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns will always be made in the same market where the purchase was made. Respecting the conditions mentioned above, you can return to one of our stores, request a collection of your home or a post office requesting the label of your account on our website.

 

Sandra Vieira reserves the right to refuse returns after the time limit, in case the garments are not in the same conditions in which they were sent and / or do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods.

IMPORTANT: In case you want to return items from several orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request the collection of each one and according to the amount of boxes you want to return. Sandra Vieira is not responsible in case of returns of items purchased in different orders and / or returned with the request to pick up a different order.

In case of selecting a shipping method not contemplated in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of the shipping costs and the product in case of loss.

+ - RETURN TO THE STORE

In general, if you need to return an order online, we recommend that you do so quickly and easily by going to one of our stores in the same market.

Once in the store, the responsible person will make the return and give you a confirmation document.

We recommend that you save this document. At the end of the return, you will also receive a return confirmation email. The ticket is essential for any exchange or return.

+ - RETURN FROM HOME

If you requested to return from home, you must request a collection by calling Customer Service.

It is not necessary to include the order ticket that marks the items you wish to return, it is sufficient to select the items from «my account», when requesting «return home» (except in the case of orders with a gift ticket. This case  you must include the printed ticket). After this step, you must prepare the items in the original order box.

After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up the package. At the time of collection, our carrier will identify your order with a label to facilitate the tracking of your return.

IMPORTANT: In case you want to return items from several orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request the collection of each one and according to the amount of boxes you want to return. If you decide to return your order by other means not indicated by us, we consider it your responsibility and must bear the direct cost of returning the products and, together with the products, you must include a printed copy of the electronic ticket that you will have received Attached to shipping confirmation.

+ - CHANGES

It is possible to change an item purchased on our website only in one of our stores, within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation, in the same purchase market. The change will be possible as long as it is a change of the same item (same reference), by color and / or size, that it is in perfect condition, that the price has not changed and that the store has availability.

+ - DEFECTIVE OR TARED PRODUCT

If, exceptionally, you have received a defective or tared item, the fastest solution is to go to one of our stores in the same market.

Once in the store, a responsible person will verify the condition of the garment. In case the defect is confirmed and the store has availability, we will proceed to change or return the item according to your preference and the store’s stock.

You don't have permission to register
